I have always liked mixes with slow vocals with a techno groove. I am still in love with the track ” Miss you – Todd Terry mix” . Rahman always makes sad tracks which are quite tough to mix! I think thats where his genius is. His ballads are usually quite difficult to upgrade in a manner that does not spoil the mood in the track. I this sad is music..the best tunes are for sad tracks.
One of the slow poisons in Rahman’s latest motion picture sound track is the title track – Jaane tu ( female version – aditi) . This is a class act quite frankly. I felt this was so ‘club ready’ for the sorta mood where you don’t have to groove…just let the rhythm sink in.

Dude..i am a regular of your mixes and never u disappointed (except once) and this new of yours of jaane tu is a slow poison. I heard it 5 times and now i am hooked!!
Too long man..too long. It just goes on and on and on….zzz but portions of the track rock esply when you do your usual of looping of the original track

I heard this mix and let me tell you its very good and excellent, not just to please u, but sincerely it’s VERY nice, the matching tempo with the song, the nice beats, no over doing of any stuffs. But i saw that some didnt like the length (personal pref. – cant blame them) but i liked it though coz for me it felt like a extended lounge version, but it was peppy all thru.
Just a small statement – some beat intro. i could feel that they were introduced, means.. smooth overlapping was not there in the structure… just at 2 times only.. otherwise i loved ur work.. the voice repetitions, echos, the rhythm … COOL!!!
