I have this unyeilding urge to remix Rahman’s toughest numbers. You can check out my remix section to download some of my remixes of Rahman’s numbers. I have a lot more of them which i plan to upload in days to come. Anyways. When the sound track of Gajini got released i did an instant comparison with the Harri’s Jeyaraj’s Tamil version. I must admit that the tamil sound track is superb. While that remains, Rahman’s version in Hindi is rather interesting. My favourite is the track Guzarish which grows on you and starts to sound amazing after 5 replays.
This track has a simple beat layered by awesome vocals. Any attempt to remix the track would be futile, and this is what tempted to ‘tamper’ with the track. This track is easy to beatmap into a 170BPM mode and add a trance groove, but then the song dies. I tired something else and the i killed the song yes! However, to me it is an interesting mix. Not good, just interesting. [click to continue...]

Hi to all who loved my productions…
This is one of my many mix sets which are very uplifting and spirited so to say. People say some of my mixes are unique in the sense that they are not dance hall type, but rather groovy. I thank you for your reviews and brickbats.
I have been releasing my mix sets for quite sometime in the underground scene and many DJs, Jukeboxes have played them. I think it is time i experiment in releasing one of my most popular mix set – the Journey of mind Vol – 1. Incidentally, Vol -1 has taken off in a big way!
Check out the tracks in this 40minute non-stop mix set. Download them here [click to continue...]

Gurkanth Desai, the protagonist in the motion picture GURU says “ If people start talking against you…think you are making progress” . This is true of what happened over the last few days for Satyam Computer Services. Satyam’s board had decided to acquire Maytas Properties and Maytas constructions and this invited the wrath of the investor community. Both international and domestic (Indian) investors had a lot so say, which they should have in a better way.
A lot of retail investors were also angry at the management for taking such a landmark decision to wipe out Satyam’s cash and pump it into a rather unrelated industry.
I have been following this story from Day zero and my thoughts have been rather mixed. Initially I could not see a sound logic for the kind of synergies that such a move would establish, however as I deliberated the matter in combination of what I know of the company and the aggressive growth appetite there is, I have framed my opinion.
