Tujh Mein Rab Dikhta Hai – Slow Rock Version

The title track of Rab Ne Banadi Jodi staring Shahrukh Khan is a great number. It is simple and typical bollywood! Anyone familiar with the Yash Chopra sound can tell in one play that this track is from his camp. The heavy use of indian percussions, the pace, the interludes and the lyrical brilliance.

While i really like the track, i wondered how the same track would sound if it would have been made for, say a movie like Rock On!. Same song with a rock feel.Wanna know? here it is. [click to continue...]

Many of you have asked me why i don’t pick up recent tracks and mix them. I have been writing back to some of you saying i can’t do that. I can’t pick up a song and sit to add beats . It is very easy to make a dance hall track. However, if you notice there are very few non-dance tracks which have been mixed well to give them an attractive makeover.
