Hi to all who loved my productions…

This is one of my many mix sets which are very uplifting and spirited so to say. People say some of my mixes are unique in the sense that they are not dance hall type, but rather groovy. I thank you for your reviews and brickbats.

I have been releasing my mix sets for quite sometime in the underground scene and many DJs, Jukeboxes have played them. I think it is time i experiment in releasing one of my most popular mix set – the Journey of mind Vol – 1. Incidentally, Vol -1 has taken off in a big way!

Mixed Views : My New Single

Every facet has multiple views to it. It depends on how you look at it. I think it is a function of how you see life in general. I see life in many ways, there are days where i am really happy, while there are days where i do feel there is so much to be done and i am just sitting around.

Besides i have this habit of correlating music tracks to their names.

Several electronic music producers like ATB,Sasha, Paul Van Dyk produce these amazing tracks and name them after a certain mood. I always wondered what makes them name them that way. I guess its all about what the artist was feeling and how he has chosen to express the mood in the production.

And this is mine. I call this free single of mine : Mixed Views. It is mixed really, i used guitar loops with a 80s pop drum blended with reggae overtones and a dash of piano! – Mixed views eh!

No Fate by ATB – Trilogy

If theres anyone in the global DJ community who can use a simple piano as a powerfull instrument blending modern day synth and effects, its ATB. Hands down. He is simply awesome. I present a downmixed version ( meaning not suitable for high end audio systems, even iPODS). Do sample Nofate and purchase the CD from a store near you.

Note : The audio quality of this track here is quite poor. I have intentionally downgraded it so you may not use this for your regular playbacks. This way i am convinced i am not propagating piracy. Who wants a poor quality audio track anyways!

Offlate this track of ATB from his latest album Trilogy has been stuck in my head. I think this one of the best mastered track in my recent memory. ATB has always been right on top with his spellbinding tracks with very clever use of effects and voice. This track called “justify” is an apt example.
